MAINE KAYAK ADVENTURE
Paddle With A Master

LET US SHOW YOU THE WAY LESS TRAVELED

Imagine, if you will, thirteen miles of lake nestled in the Northwest corner of Maine. Hear the cry of loons. See Moose, Deer and Bald Eagles. The last thing you’ll see, if at all, are other human beings!

Explore a valley which was enjoyed by Maine’s first inhabitants 12,000 years ago! Experience the beauty and quiet solitude that Sigurd Olson spoke of in “Song of the North”:

“The song of the North still fills me with the same gladness as when I heard it first. More than the terrain, more than the woods, lakes and forests. It had promise, and meaning and a song of freedom and challenge of wilderness. When I listened to this song, I understood.”

Sandy MacGregor has an intense passion for paddling. He has explored the woods and waters of Western Maine for over 35 years and has been guiding here since 1985. Sandy also builds custom handcrafted high-performance mahogany kayaks. For more kayak information see www.mountainranger.com/kayaks.html  or call 207-221-0798.
