Hunting Trips
"Sandy MacGregor is the best deer
hunter alive in Maine today"
~Tom Hanrahan, Waterville, Maine - Morning Sentinel
Deer and Ruffed Grouse hunting is offered throughout the
Western Mountains of Maine--a range of over 1 million acres.
The grouse habitat is outstanding; as hunting pressure is
low, the birds are not dog-wise and twenty or more flushes
per day are common.

The area is also populated by the Borealis
sub-species of White-tail Deer--which possesses the largest
body size on the continent. The average weight for a four-year-old
buck is over 200 pounds, and 300-pound deer are taken annually.
Coyote hunts also available !! |
